CALAVERAS Exhibition at Chez Kate's / Nov. 1st-Dec.11th 2014

I took part in Calaveras Exhibition organized by French Salade at Chez Kate's in the middle of Marais district downtown Paris.

From a ritual practice, Calavera means the art of decorating skulls to honor the dead. French salad presented 17 artists who showed their vision of this ancient tradition.

Pop Up KLAP at 56 rue Volta / November 20th - December 4th 2014

From November 20th to December 2014 KLAP took over the gallery located on 56 rue Volta in the middle of Marais district downtown Paris.

This event reflecting the collective's image was a mix of pop up store presenting in exclusivity the last brand's collection, exhibitions, video projections, installations, live performances, graffiti, music, merchandising (screen printing in different format, textile).
A living space invested day and night with 2 cycles of exhibitions and multiple highlights!

I not only were a part of the first set of artists who exhibited but I also helped with organization and PR, curated friends (Mike Kershnar and Antoine Villotte) and got hired by Kamel Gondry, owner of the brand, to do the outdoor signage.

Abomey-Paris-Abomey Urban ARt Charity - Exhibition October 23rd-26th, 2014 + Auction Sale Nov. 5th, 2014

I'm very happy to have participated to Abomey-Paris-Abomey and were able to help selling my art to the profit of Projects Plus Action Organization for their project for Abomey a city in the Zou Department of Benin.

The exhibition-auction sale presented 60 artworks created for the benefit of International Solidarity Organization Projects Plus Actions!
A collection of objets revised by contemporary artists.
The benefits went to Projects Plus Actions Organization to finance their projects of developing integration and saving the environment.

The exhibition lasted from Thursday 23rd to Sunday 26th, 2014 with an Opening on the 23rd.

The auction sale was held by Arnaud Oliveux, Artcurial Art Contemporain specialist on November 5th, 2014.

I got connected to Bianca Gonzalez through Mike Kershnar. She came from San Francisco on visit to Paris. Since day one we met, we became really good friends. On that day she mentioned she had the will to organized an art show downtown Paris. I had her met Antoine Villotte who works at Studio Délos and there the project started to be real.

The exhibition Make Shift was borned after 4 days: a trade of art where fine art artists, illustrators, photographers and musicians came together.
